HELP! Anyone in/near Wesley Chapel, Florida? I got scammed!

I was scammed by Ian Hannigan who lives in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Turns out that he has scammed 240 owners for over $10,000 and has a FBI and police file. Lucky me that Zilvia.net doesn't allow any grievance posts so I had no clue about this guys history until it was already too late. If anyone in the area can give me your guys local police department phone number that would be great. Or if anyone in the area can pay him a visit and talk to him to see if they can get my money back. Or just call him and bug him for me. The guy made my life miserable with this and now I am going to do the same to him.
