Help anyone? fuel problem maybe?

Here is the problem: this just happened recently, my car will start every time i turn the key but it won't idle. the rpm will just drop and the car will stall. So now i am force to hold on to the gas after the car is started and then put it into gear and just take off to keep the rpm from dropping which will cause the car to stall. After driving for about 10 minutes the car will start to idle by it self. but if i rev the engine while at a stop, the rpm will go up and then drop to 0 which then stall the car. While driving on the road, the car will sometime hesitate. im thinking there is something wrong with my fuel system, like my fuel pressure regulator perhaps. If anyone got any clue of what might be wrong with the car, i would really appreciate it.

Sounds like the idle control valve is not functioning properly. Search for IACV or IAC valve.

can someone explain or have a picture of where the iac valve is located?

it is under the intake runners near the fire wall. It has a series of wired leading to it. At the front of the intake there is a large grey connector. That is the connector for all the air controls. Follow that harness back through the intake manifolds and it will lead you right to it.

this is a pic of iacv and the 4 bolts you need to take off to remove. the upper portion of air intake is removed in the pic for illustration. the plugs may be a different colour. it is quite easy to get off. you only need to remove the 4 bolts.
