Help An S14 pass Inspection, NJ

Hey guys, looks like its that time of the month again.. i mean year.. haha.. i was wondering if anyone could help me out here.. i have a 95 S14, with a S14 blacktop engine. I also have apexi power fc standalone, so i can tweak the hell out of everything, should the need arise.. If you guys know of any small shops in the NJ area that can help me with emissions, or some kind of tuning tips, let me know. [email protected] btw.. car is clean, only thing that probably wont go through is emissions..
