I've been having really bad idle problems with my car ever since I broke a rocker arm and put in a new one with rocker arm stoppers. My car has idled like crap with the o2 sensor plugged in. If I unplug the o2 sensor, it's not %100, but it's better. But it still sputters.

The car died on me like usual, but this time it wouldn't start until I was towing it. While towing it, I tried starting it and it started. Now, once in awhile when the car is hot, it won't start. Since the day it died, when I start it, there is alot of white smoke coming from my breather by the oil catch can and from my exhaust. Does anyone know what might be causing this??? Can it be the timing???

I'm not even worried about the idling problem anymore, I'm more worried about why there is so much smoke coming from the breather and exhaust.... If anyone has any ideas, please help me out. I'm thinking about just getting a new motor soon if I can't seem to fix these problems. Thanks.

I'm not sure, but I don't see any oil leak anywhere besides on the timing chain cover. I have a little oil leak there. It use to let out a little bit of smoke from the oil catch can when I stepped on the gas, but not this much. Even on idle you can see smoke coming out of it.

Is there any way I can find out if that is the problem? I have a Tomei 1.2mm head gasket available, but I just don't want to put it in yet because it'll take too much time....
