HELP! Alarm system gone wild!

I have an OEM keyless entry for my 95 s14. The alarm goes of at random times and it is really annoying. My question is, where is teh brain (computer) for the anit theft system? I need to know how to also change the sensitivity. help! i need it asap

if it gose off when ever it feels like it (when it's not armed ..... driveing down the road .......etc....) check the programing switch or the prox most likey its the switch

thething is, they said the brain should be near the steering column, but it's not! i hear a clicking sound on the driverside rear seat below the small window. i also can't find a kill/valet switch. it's stock OEM
