Help: Alarm Keeps Going Off

Ever since I installed my HID's my alarm randomally keeps going off. I installed them about 2 months ago and the alarm has gone off about 5 times since then. I lock my car go and do whatever I need to do and when I walk back I hear an alarm and of course it's my car, this has happened in different places and my car hasn't been touched. And I know this is terrible for my HID's cause they are rapidily flashing on and off. So any tips on what this could be or how I can fix it? I was thinking of unplugging the battery and reseting..not sure if that'll do anything.
