help ajusting clutch pedal

can anyone tell me how to properly ajust my clutch pedal. i just installed a new clutch and my realease point is on the floor i read the tec page and i dont know how to read these numbers or how they got the numbers some one please help. and yes i bleed the clutch

these are the number they gave how do u get these

Clutch pedal height mm (in) 18-196 ( 7.32- 7.72)Clutch pedal free play mm (in) 1-3 ( 0.04- 0.12)

Just loosing that 12mm nut, and turn the rod to adjust it.
