help again

Im still workin on my car idling problem. I cleaned the MAF, the AAC, the FICD, the air regulator, set my TPS to 0.5V at idle and 4V at WOT, checked all my hoses, and the car still won't idle!!! This is driving me crazy. I can't use a timing gun to set it to 15degree BTDC because it won't idle. when it goes lower than 1000rpm it's really rough and dies.

Are you sure the cam timing is right? AKA, is the belt on correctly and lined up properly?

pretty sure. I lined up the marks and even counted the teeth as the FSM said. I could always take a look again but I know i checked the belt a lottttttt of times before i put the cover and evrything back on
