HELP: AC board and radio on my 03 sedan

AC board and radio in my 03 sedan have suddenly started acting extreamely strange. When im driving normally the radio and ac lights all turn off as if they lose power and when i press any button, radio or ac it doesnt react like as if its frozen The radio keeps playin music but it can only be controled through the steering wheel, and i have no idea what station im listening too since all the radio lights on the dash go out The AC automatically turns on if it is off and blows hot air, and if its already on it stays frozen at where it is sometimes i bang on the radio or ac lightly and it goes back to normal but latel it hasnt. I also tried disconnecting my battery which always fixes the problem and it doesnt seem to work either.

Has this or anything similar happend to anyone??? what should i do? somebody pleae help

A quick search of the boards would show that this is a common problem with the 03-04 G35s. You need a new board...
