Hm, I can't think of anything else, maybe an exhaust if you don't already have one, and an intake for the turbo, but neither of those are completely necessary.

Also, if you have a high-mile engine, you should rebuild it before installing a turbo.

Apexi SAFC II, A walbro Fuelpump, Nismo FPR and a new set of 550cc injectors.

Then start saving up to replace half the crap in that kit because it does not last that long...

what else am i gonna need is a BROAD question . i think youre gonna need some tools for the install. a 10mm, 12mm, 14mm wrench and sockets should just about do it. BTW i know someone who has every part youre looking for in your sig. if you want his number let me know as he sells things for very cheap prices and will ship.

is there going to be any welding involved in putting the BoV on the cold pipei had my frist one done at a shop....also, how does a wastegate/bov system work..the bov does go between the end of the cold pipe and the throttle body, right?

you're gonna need a trash can for that turbo and wastegate. i'm not joking.

after you buy a good turbo and name-brand wastegate, you will need oil feed and return lines, bigger injectors, safc or the like, downpipe and intake.

you will also need a clue. good luck.

i cant access my aol account so ill just give you his number on here 407-538-3045 and his name is george. tell him j-z off of nico sent you and hell hook you up. and all honesty about this 'kit' if you had a clue youd know not to touch any of that shlt in that picture. SERIOUSLY thats why i said to go to the ka-t section. i didnt write it just for shlts and giggles because youre fairly new. only thing youd want to use in that picture is the intercooler setup. you should check into the jgs kit which is what im running. it cost a lil bit more that this cheap ebay crap, but you do get what you pay for. and out of all aftermarket kits with quality the jgs is the least expensive. the starter kit is like 1700 and the only thing youll need after that is fuel management and a ebay fmic setup for like 300 shipped and youre done. check out jgstools.com and/or search the ka-t section. and thats not a real rs bov btw.

if you don't know how a wastegate and bov work, you're still in the beginning stages of turboing your ka.

before you waste your money now, spend 3 months reading the nico kat forum. you will have all of your questions answered by searching.

hey a$$, a bov releases the extra pressure between the trottle body and the turbo, and the wastegate controls the boost.....

i know what im doing, im just getting second opions before i move forward, not lectures on stuff i already knowedit: it bleeped me out

I know it sucks, but saving up some money and doing it right the first time is SO much better than half-assing it and having to redo it. (Most of us know from experience.)

Moving to the KA-T section.

were here to help. we dont want to see someone waste their money on something thats been proven garbage time and time again. if you did happen to go with the ebay kit and then have to buy all replacement parts once they all take a shlt, youd end up spending twice as much money anyways. it only makes perfect sense to go with something thats been proven quality time and time again the first time around. dont go with the jgs fmic kit though as you can save some cash going the ebay route for that. you can get a universal aluminum piping kit for 130 shipped and a nice front mount for 140 shipped or less. thats less than 300 for a nice entire front mount setup. then you have fuel management after that which you have plenty of routes to choose from. afc, 555cc deatschwerks, walbro pump, and an afpr will work OR you can go with a tuned ecu which is what i would do if you have the money as its well worth it (500 for an enthalpy tuned ecu and you wont need to spend 200 for an afc). add gauges and youll have EVERYTHING needed to have one bad *** boosted ka. you can click the link in my sig for more/better pics of the jgs kit and the ebay fmic setup.

well the stock maf maxes out at about 250 whp, and seeing you have a z32 already i assume youll be going for more than that? i would go with the deatschwerks 555s. theyre a sponsor up in the top right. 300 shipped for fresh injectors with a flow sheet and you can even send your stock ones back for a core refund of $50, so youll only end up paying 250. youll def have to get a walbro, and an afpr would be a good idea as well.
