that looks a bit sketchy for sure...
i would have extended the subframe instead of cutting the engine brackets.

no one can tell you how to build your mount kit, you have to use some imagination and engineering to make it work correctly.
if you are not sure how to go about doing this then perhaps it would be a good idea to have a competent shop make the mount kit for you.

Honestly the easiest way would be to source an R31 Skyline front crossmember, Your car shares the entire front end(minus hanging panels of course) with an R31. An Australian Spec crossmember shouldn't be too hard to find if you try places like Australian ebay, r31skylinecub.com etc. It will bolt straight in, Hold your RB exactly where it's supposed to be and use factory engine mounts.
