Help!! a.s.a.p!!

hello everyone!!

I have a qiuck question about my car.

I recently got the 94 skyline r32 gtr and I want to get the US title and register. but I don't know how. please give me an advise. I heard that skyline need some modification to get the us title.

Is anyone know which parts have to modified to get the title

also how much cost would it take to be done approx?? please help
