Help a noob Please?

Hi guys, I'm hoping to pick up a used Pathfinder and possibly find a new home here on this forums!

But I need a little help with this purchase. It's a '97 2wd with 67k miles.

Now the only thing that I could see wrong with it is a small amount of oil leaking from what looks like where the motor and trans mount together. With this low amount of miles, could it be a rear main seal leak?

Is there another common place above there that oil could leak from and posibly look like a rear main leak?

If anyone could answer this for me, it'd be great! Thsnk you for your help!!!

It is likely a rear main seal. It is an expensive repair, but one that can be left alone as long as it remains just a slow drip.

My Corsica leaves 5-6 drops everywhere I park it due to a main seal leak and it still doesn't lose oil between changes.
