Help: A/C and idle problem

Hi everyone, i have a prblem with my 90 hb. everytime when I turn on the A/C with engine running, the whole car is shakes so bad for a second and then works normal but at that time the idle is not moves. I know that my idle is a little bit low. However, what is the problem and how I can fix it! Thx for help!
