Ok, so I posted this over in tire and wheel but it's like a f*ckin ghost town over there and I got 14 views and no replies... WTF???

So after rocking some 5 Zigen FN's (17x9 +15)(17x10 +12) (235/45R17)(255/40R17) for like 5 years I'm ready to pull the trigger on new wheels.
Totally have my heart set on the new Advan TC-III's
Image

Since they only come in an 18" (so far as I can gather) now my decision is going to be focused on size and offset. I am thinking of 9's up front and 10's in the rear like i have now but the offsets available have me worried in relationship to what I'm rocking now. I am actually thinking of going 10/11 due to better offset selection.

Current sizes available in a 5x114.3 pattern are
18x9 +25
18x9.5 +45
18x10 +35
18x10.5 +25
18x11 +15

Feedback is appreciated, and no smartass comments please as this is a serious request as I know plenty about wheels but spending this much $$$ on wheels I just would like to get it right the first time around. Thanks.

Here is the car for the record...

Maybe this can help, download this file:

It helps a lot with visualizing how the new specs will look like.
You need to open it in Microsoft Excel, though.

If that doesn't work, you can try any one of these:
http://www.venommotorsports.com/library ... ulator.asp
http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

Punch in your old specs, then punch in new specs and see how much more different the wheel position will be.

you have great fitting wheel setup right now. i wouldnt buy the 18's and have to deal with the offset issue and dump a bunch of money out for advans...when you have good looking/fitting 5zigs

its a waste of money. to me anyway.
if i were you, i would have them cleaned and powdercoated a different color, save a ton of money, and have them looking nice and new in whatever color you may want.

thats what i would do.

the issue id have with the advans is the front fitment...the rear would be dope with the 18x11 +15 you would have to do work but in the end, have a good look. the fron on the other hand not so much you have 18x9+25 to work with and thats it...which is doable of course but itd look dumb with crazy wheels out back and tame ones up front.

the wheels u have already are one of my favorite set-ups. save ur money and clean'em up.

and keep in mind, my opinion on wheels and offset isnt usually agreed with here lol but still, its all your choice. just search out examples of those sizes and compare to what you want in your mind and youll come to a proper decision.

I "like" the setup I have now but always hated the concaved face difference from the rear vs the front. I would love to squeeze another set of 10" inchers in the front but that might require a little too much work. The only problem with the whees is one front one has a 3/8" crack in the lip and one rear has a little bend in the lip due to the condition they were in when I bought them. I got all 4 with s*** tires for $350 so I can't complain. The other front had a massive bend in the lip but it still held pressure. I had to take that to Los Angeles (Im in San Diego) to get it fixed and that was $150. I could and would save a s*** ton of money if I just spruced up the current ones but I have always wanted something with a little dish on them as well though... decisions decisions!!

So after over a year I just decided to throw some 17x10's up front to match the rears. Now to decide on a color and get them coated.
