Help! 91' Wont start! Any ideas?

I'm a new member here and I joined to learn more about my car and hopefully find some help with starting my Z. I recently bought a 1991 300Z and had it park in my driveway until I could have it inspected and registered. For the time being i was starting it every day and checking it out to familiarize myself with it. One day I started it for a few minutes and turned on the headlights, when I turned off the car I forgot to turn off the headlights and it ended up draining the battery. I jump started it with my other car and that's when i noticed the yellow security light blinking . I couldnt figure out what the issue was so I checked out the fuse box to see if there was a blown fuse but the all seemed ok....I ended up stoppping at that point but returned later in the day to see i I could figure out what was going on, I turned on the car and it would not start again, this time the engine woundnt crank when I turned the key. I feel like I may have tripped some sort of fuel cut off switch....the car currently DOES NOT have any kind of alarm system.......Any one have any ideas what it could be?? thanks in advanced.

Thanks for the advice, I checked out the vid and that seems to be the right direction as my drivers side lock is also damaged. However since then my battery died and when I went to give it a boost from my other car smoke started coming from where the battery is and the cables got red hot..crazy.......I'm thinking there's a problem with the battery. Gonna get a new one and give it another try...thanks again.
