Help! 5,000 rpm idle

Driving through town last week my idle crept up to 5k, and i haven't been able to trouble shoot it yet. so far i've checked the throttle body, all the vaccum lines, and removed/cleaned the EGR and AIV. haven't checked the codes yet, but i'm not getting a check engine light. anyone have any insight?

check the code. There's probably something wrong with the IACV or your throttle body is stuck or something.

I'd do a vacuum test.

If you havent yet, my idle crept up to 2100, try turning your throttle body so it moves to close, becuase it could be sticky or something, Try taking off your intake and cleaning it up with carb cleaner or something
