Help 400 miles from home

ok i just replaced my water pump like a month ago and now my clutch fan spins really really loud. when i turn the fan my self while the car is off it turns the entire pully on the pump!!! now when i go higher in the rpms it gets so loud blowing wind you can hear it outside my car. help out of town???

The fan clutch is locked. Replace it and you should be good to go.

will it do anything if the clutch fan is locked will i have to worrie about the drive back at all. i am about 20 miles from sioux falls that is my location?
