The amp does 100watts max each channel, and is 4 or 2 ohm stableBoth subs are 4ohms (dvc and single coil)coolhand wrote:What is the amp wattage specs? What are the sub RMS ratings you are dealing with? What is the lowest ohm rating when the amp is used as two channel?
I ask this because if you are going to bridge two channels and the amp can handle a two ohm load, the DVC can be wired to use the amp to its full potential.
Definitely not as soon as 6 months ago. When I got my first "system" I was trolling AOL for anyone with "car audio" for their occupation. I wasn't aware you were into SQ and resistance and the likes.PoorManQ45 wrote:frapjap! Arn't you the one I talked to for a couple hours about this about 6 months ago! How could you buy stuff without consulting either myself or one of the other guys!
I'm disappointed in you*said like a parent*
You really don't want to consult him about anything audio related. He will likely set you up with a pyle sub, profile amp and some "chilled" colored 12ga speaker wire as an amp kit. Top it all off with some factory 4x6's and that's PMQ for yafrapjap wrote:Whats you AIM name? I might have talked to you a loooooong time ago.
I don't think I've ever talked to the PMQ screen name. Its not in my AIM history anywhere.Looneybomber wrote:You really don't want to consult him about anything audio related. Hehe, he was being sarcastic.frapjap wrote:

When I buy audio, I buy the high end items, so no cheaping out here. I enjoy Infinity for speakers, Rockford for amps, and have a soft spot for certain Audiobahn and Alpine subs.
Too bad you didn't get the K2's for up front.PoorManQ45 wrote:For my HU I used an Alpine 9856Front Speakers: Infinity Kappa 462.7cfpRear speakers: Focal 165A1
