HELP!! 300zx TT no spark

Okay go my car ran amazing. I went aand spun a little donut in the snow right next to my house, as I was pulling it into my driveway it sputtered out and died. I tested for spark with the CAS and am not getting spark. I have replaced the ptu, ptu sub harness, CAS, spark plugs. The ECU reads 55. Does anyone have any idea to what this could be? Please help I really need to get this car running!!

Checked all the grounding points?
