HELP: 300zx NISMO LSD into S14 Diff, output shaft probs.

ok found a 300zx nismo lsd for like 200 bucks. finally put it in, everything is great. backlash is LESS then what was in the OEM open diff. so after all that i go to put the output shafts in and one fits, and the other one pushes out the one on the other side.

this is going in a S14 and i believe the right side output shaft is the one that fits because it is shorter.

has anyone ran into this before? usually people buy nismo lsd's for their car so its uncommon that someone would have the same problem.

anyways whats the solution? find shorter out put shafts?
