Help 300tt engine hesitation

So last year I bought a mint 92 300tt one owner only serviced at Nissan with all recipts, and only 92,ooo kms on it.
It just had timming belt ,water pump and injectors all done at 90,ooo kms. Everything works and car shows as new.

Then I got it , called z1 and order boost controller, 3'' down pipes, test pipes, and race exhaust, light weight fly wheel,
exided clutch and pressure plate, stage 1 socked ecu upgrade , shift kit, single pop filter, and turbo timer. Put a set of slicks on it and ran 13.0 1/4 mile . Car ran great..

This year I pull it out of storage, car ran good , put new fuel in it (ultra 94).I then call z1 and order bigger intercooler, nismo 615 injector, ecu chip and the cooler spark plugs.

Put the intercooler in took for a ride and it ran fine. Pulled the intake and did the injectors and plugs , install the cip in the ecu, and since the intake was off I painted it.

Now the car brakes down at 5000rpm, has a rough idle 1200-stalled when warmed up. Fuel pressure is at 38psi at idle and 60-65 psi at full boost , grounds are cleaned on intake, and vacuum at idle is around 16 boost up fine to 15psi too??
cant fine any vacuum leaks.

Any ideas ???
