HELP 2010 Nissan Pathfinder won’t start

I installed an aftermarket radio and had to of messed up somewhere now my truck won’t start. Checked all fuses and relays battery, starter, fuse panels I’ve done everything I can think of even drained the battery so the computer would reset.

I turn the key dash lights come on the red car key security light blinks then with the key in the on position it stays on. No start please someone help me.

The security light most likely means the ECM is offline. You can confirm that with a scan, if the engine doesn't show up then the ECM is down. There are a lot more fuses under the hood, in the Fuse & Relay Box and IPDM located at the passenger rear of the engine box. In particular check the "EGI" fuse. It's also possible you popped one of the fusible links in the F&R Box or on the battery card. Lastly, if you disconnected the battery and took the positive loose instead of negative, it's possible it sparked and blew up the ECM.
