How to have a 2010 G37 I want to install a subwoofer I need to know how to hook the amp up to the back of the stock radio does the stock radio have pre amps for the RCA's and do I need to run the remote from the stereo or should I run the remote from the fuse from the cigarette lighter

I know this one's a few weeks old, but since no one chimed in, I will try to assist. I had a 2004 G35 and now a 2012 M37X. I have yet to run across a factory stereo that had RCA outputs. You will need a line out converter. I'd recommend one from AudioControl. some of these have your remote turn-on built in through a sensor on the speaker wires, but if you need to run one from the head unit, I'd grab a powered accessory wire, fuse it, and run it along with the RCA lines. Good luck.
