Help 2008 Versa SL with Rockford package installing loc

I am trying to install a aftermarket amp to the stock 6 disc head unit. I have spent hours researching online and cant seem to find what I need. What I need to know is for hooking up the hi low converter do I go off the sub wires, if so colors? Or is there a way to install rca's off the deck (I am assuming they are low level off the deck being that its going to a factory amp).
