HELP! 2003 spec v

i have a 2003 spec v and lately when the car is warm at normal temp everytime i take of i hear like this chain or something i was thinking the timing chain?? anyone have any idea what that noise is sounds like it comes from the right side of the front

Right side as in passenger side? Pop the hood while it's making the noise and see if you can get a better idea of where it is.

It's common for the heat shield on the exhaust manifold to get a little loose. That's the most likely culprit.

I assume the engine is running fine through all this?

maybe its the motor mount?

I doubt it would be the timing chain

its only on the take off or on like 2 gear but low rpms

It's the heat shield, I'm 80% sure as this happened to me too.
