mac , could that have been one of those vehicles previously submerged , flood or hurricane , what's your locale - & vehicle history ,miles on car ,humid -salty environment ? You may have "Global bad connections '. Does any aluminum , white-metal have "pocked - marked" look of corrosion ,which would permeate the whole electrical system ? If so -post pics of eng. cmpmt. I mean ,so many newly replaced parts here ,ya know ?

Lean misfire could be caused by unmetered air entering the system. Check your rubber air intake hose for cracks or tears. Taht's between the MAF and the intake and could cause a very lean condition.

How do those fail, you may ask? Age, or a broken motor mount, which is relatively common in 3.3 trucks, especially those that tow or 4 wheel much. You can check motor mounts by sticking your head in the driver front fender well and having someone rev the motor. If the engine lifts much, it's likely the mount has failed, and when they go they often take that intake hose with it.
