HELP..1st Cylinder not working

I'm currently working on an SR swap on my 240sx
i've done a lot of searching trying to figure out what the problem is and can't find anything that helps
the car runs and idles alright but is getting no where near the power it's suppost to
cylinders 2-4 are working great but somethings wrong with #1
I'm getting good spark
Compression test was good
I've replaced the plugs and Injectors
I've checked all the wiring and grounds- all good
i even added a new ground to it and it still doesnt want to work
you can hear the injector clicking but I don't think its getting fuel
do any of you guys have any idea of what it could be, cause i'm out of ideas?

i swapped the coilpacks from #1 to #2....#2 still ran fine but still nothing on #1
i know im getting spark but no fuel
injectors are all good
wirings all good
ignitor chip is good
ecu is good

what else could be causing this problem
please help me out

alright so i just checked if it was getting fuel by taking the fuel rail off and putting down a piece of newspaper and turning the key over for a couple seconds and all four injectors were working fine.
i'm out of ideas now...i'm getting fuel, i'm getting spark, but that cylinder doesn't seem to be working...
anyone have any kind of ideas?
