HELP!! 1993 Infiniti G20 Front Speaker Removal!

hey guys i'm new here and i just bought this car a few months ago and started to update it. I need some help on how to remove the front door panels to get to the speakers....we have been trying everything with no success. I don't want to damage the door panel so can anyone help me with how to get to the front end speakers?? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
