Help !! 1992 skyline GTR stopped making boost

Guys, any help would be great, I went for a carwash and all of a sudden my car stopped making any boost at all...

see if the turbo still builds boost, maybe the turbo went out, also check all your intercooler piping

do you have a boost controller?

If so do you have the solinoid close to were water can get to it?

Check all ur vac lines make sure nuttin popped off.

so far checked all my hosing and pipes.. everything seems ok, as for checking my turbo.. sorry I really dont know my *** from my elbow when it comes that. But I do know I am not getting boost, it also wont go past 0 on my gauge and I have the stock one and a greedy both showing the same thing.. basically all motor right now, and not that fun to drive

if you have any hints on how to check a turbo... please by all means shoot me some hints thanks in advance to all the reply's

does it buck and want to stall while driving? or does it drive like a normal car?

If its bucking and wants to stall you have a boost leak...

if its driving like a normal car with no boost you might have shot your turbine wheel out the exhaust.

What pressure was it seeing previous to the car wash?

just bare with me, lack of boost knowledge, but the rb26dett is twin turbo, and I am getting no boost at all, wouldnt I get some if one was working? btw, its acting normal, just can't get into boost, as for pressure before, lol to honest dont really remember, believe it was around 6.. does that sound right??

has the exhaust note changed from the time this started happening?

You could possibly have water sucked into the turbos. Might want to check your spark plugs to see if they have any sign of heavy water in the combustion chamber.

If so cleaning them off and reinstalling them will do you some good.

Like Shocker said, if its bucking when getting into boost then its a boost leak somewhere. Make a boost leak checker and test the system.

the likely hood of this situation can be a coencidence and been a problem slowly creeping up on you.

see if your wastegates are randomly stuck open. my wrx did that after a night of hard driving.
