HELP!! 1992 240sx digital dash takes 10-15 min. to light up!

has anyone had the issue where the digital dash does not light up with the initial start of the engin? About 10-15 miniuts later the display will light up and stay on untill the engin is turned off.

I got to rev my car to like 25 grand to make everything inside turn on (well almost everything) check you fuses by the pedal ???
