hello i have a 84 Nissan 4x4 that is my first truck and it is reeaally gutless. Ive got the timing right, its got weber carb done by the PO (not sure it was done correctly) it seams to be running fine just really weak. i cant figure it out. its got 110 compression all around. what are they suppose to have? i don't know these trucks well. any help would be appreciated!

110? That's way, way low. I believe Spec is 175psi, min 120psi.

That said, consistent but low compression across all cylinders makes me think that either the timing is off (timing chain may have skipped a tooth?) or maybe there's a head gasket issue? If there were damage, I'd expect to see the compression numbers vary.

Easy way to check the timing is to pull the cam cover, rotate to TDC or BDC, and make sure the valves are where they're supposed to be
