Well, you are probably not going to clear coilovers in the front - 5mm spacer at least.

Tire sizes, the smallest you "could" go is 215/40, which is what one of our old sponsors ran on his 17x9 setup +20 or +15 or something. Very stretched, but if you can get a shop that is willing to do it, and does it well, you'll be ok.

I personally run 225/40. Slight stretch.

If you have -2 camber, you will be really close to flush and "shouldn't" stick out.

However, if you are lowering your car more than 2" from stock, I would suggest that you at least get the fenders rolled - you don't want to cut tires now do you?

If you don't want to roll fenders, either more negative camber and/or raise the car.

Do you have any pics of your setup that you can share with us? I was thinking of putting 225/45 on 9" rim width.

imo either 215/45/17 or 235/40/17but if going with 215 the tire's sidewall better be really stiff.

45 series will be taller you can get lower with the choices i listed. you will have to roll no matter what unless you want to run a lot of camber to clear the fender. i suggest you just take 15minutes and go outside with a metal hammer and tap it.

also i'm not sure what coilovers you have but some have been known to clear 17x9 +30 in front but others cant even clear 17x9 +20 so test fit it and if it doesn't work buy a sandwich spacer depending on how much clearance you need.

expect to go to the alignment shop asking for about -3 deg camber more in the rear less in the front.
