Help! 05 G35 Sedan 6MT P1122

I currently bought a new G35 and it has a p1122. I changed the throttle body with multiple used one's and nothing. Changed the throttle position sensor nothing. I did the relearn procedure and nothing. Car won't rev past 2k. S.E.S. light on, REV light on, and VDC off light on as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Why are you just throwing parts without proper testing and following the test procedures as outlined in the FSM.
Most likely you have a wiring harness or a connector problem.

Also a possible bad ground?
Use your multi-meter for troubleshooting.
