HELP! 04 pathfinder stalls after warning up!

Perfectly installed a remote starter using ADS-TB bypass for immobilizer. Remote starter works find, drove it out , tested car starter repeatedly. When customer picked up showed remote starter worked fine. Customer drove car 1 mile, reached operating temp and stalled. Will restart, but any pressure whatsoever on gas pedal stalls it! Got back to our shop let it cool down restarts and you can drive it at any speed till it warms up, stalls out and will restart and idles forever, but don't touch the gas or it dies. When it dies, we notice it shuts down power to fuel pump, and temp gauge drops.
We have completely removed Remote Start, there are no codes, we have replaced the gas pedal switch, and throttle body, then reset via all learning procedures, same problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
