Hello, First time poster long time reader. Just bought a 82 720. When looking at thing to be done I noticed a threaded hole in the side of the head. It looks like a pipe thread. Its located to the front side of the number one intake plug. Anyone know whats supposed to be there? Thank you .

if its the location i'm thinking of by your description... it should be for the power steering reservoir

do you have any pics to be sure?

mines a 82 as well i dont have power steering is it datsun or nissan i know there isnt much difference but i think nissan's where the upgraded model compared to datsun but i dont know everything i can check my datsun/nissan 720 book for it and find out what it does if you get pics
