Howdy folks, I just traded in my 96 I30 and joined the ranks of G35 owners.

2003 Manual Transmission SedanIvory Pearl/Willow interiorPremium Package Aero Package

Awesome car, it blows my 2000 TL away in almost every way.

Any thoughts on mudguards? Keep the car from getting chipped or do they cause more damage than without?

Welcome aboard. It's always nice to have a new G owner join us.

I haven't heard anyone complain about the mudflaps. It is more a personal choice in the looks of the car in my opinion. I haven't noticed in chipping or nics in the places where they would protect and I don't have them.

I'd go with the mudflaps, but being a Phoenix resident you likely wont see much loose gravle or mud, so it might be a wash to put them on.

Southwestautoworks.com will be opening an Infiniti division for after market stuff. They have the best prices I have ever found (they will match) and are located on Cave Creek Rd.

They are very knowledgable.

Have fun driving the G, I have 24000 miles on my 03.5 MT Sedan and love it.

Hello!I know that you will love the G!I just got my Z and it is such an awesome car.It has the splasguards on it.At first I was thinking about taking them off but after putting my first 500 miles on the car I believe that I will keep them.The tires are pretty wide and do tend to sling a bit of dirt/gravel/water ect..

I bought mine at Midway. I had taken my I30 there for some work, but I didn't feel like sinking any more oney into it so I just traded it in. It is my first brand new car ever and I am 32 hehe, I always bought slightly used before.

I will take some pics and upload them tomorrow
