Hi, I purchased a 1989 240 SX XE for a really good price. This was to be my daily driver as my Civic was/is my play car. I am very impressed with this site and the threads you all have here are very informative.

Of course now I have started playing with the car (which I was not supposed to do per my wife). I am starting on the suspension and brakes first and have decided to go mostly with JIC and the 5 lug from a 300z.

Now my question is (now that I have located a Z for the 5 lug) what company produces the rear struts for the different application. I know JIC specially made a set for the Sport Compact write up, but are there plans to continue to do so?

i'm not sure what JIC is doing with that "special" setup. if you do try to call them directly, GoodLuck. they are not very friendly people so i wonder if you will even get an answer to your question from them.
