What's up guys. Nice site here!I'm trying to change out my seats in an s13.This may sound like a rediculous question but im gonna ask anyways..So I am trying to take out my butt-fugly s13 stock seats and replace them with some non-GT R-32's.But for the life of me i cant get any of my sockets to fit for the bolt that is under the seats. Cant explain it any better but it seems like a weird size that doesnt work for any of my sockets. I have all metrics though. Do you think its a standard size?

tahnks!

Yes 180fan you are correct. A 14 to be exact. My 1st try was at nite w/no garage so i didnt notice hte plastic covers over the bolts. But the delimna now is 3 of the holes line up perfectly but the front outter one doesnt. Also tha skyline seats are out of a RHD car which means that my passenger is the only one that has lovely lumbar support and adjustable butt tightners.\Do u nkow anyone that has done this seat swap? If so what did they do about the bolt situation?ThkS!

Not off the top of my head for the rear seats. Usuall the foam is pretty moulded to the tunnel and the way the metal is formed in the back. You might be in for a bit of shaving and alot of trial and error on that one. The front seats, yes 3 of the 4 will line up, you can make brackets and so on to make it fit.

i actually decided to keep them.i rode around in my boys kouki and my conclusion is that the skyline seats are much more comfortable and grippy (maybe my imagination). Plus they are fairly uncommon in these parts and it gives da coupe sum extra character.tnkx 180

The three bolt holes should be the two in the front and the one closest to the trany hump. You need to move the seet rail to make it this way. At that point you will need to trim the mounting bracket for the outside back to run the bolt right behind the bracket and add a washer to the bolt. And you will be golden.

I hope that the paint pic will help you in your seat instal, note that this pic is for the gtr seat I am not sure that the gtt seat is the same or not but if its close than that is what you need to do.
