Just introducing myself here. New to nissans but want to learn about them because my next project is a RB swapped s14. Was in the turbo civic game for a while but got tired of fwd and breaking parts at the track.

Welcome to NiCO!

First Nissan project is dropping an RB into an S14, huh? You certainly like to jump in with both feet, I'll give you that. There is a ton of information available here and build threads for pretty much any swap you're thinking of doing (20, 25 or 26). Stick around, soak it up, and tell your friends to come check us out as well!

Yeah I like the RB and I've always thought they were a lot more money than what they are. Not looking to make huge power but more of something fast and fun. And I chose the RB for its NOISE. I'm still doing research on it to make sure I can find all the Parts I need such as gaskets pumps and other basic stuff.

Yeah man good luck with all that. It sounds good an all, but there's a lot of headaches associated with them.

There are headaches to every swap and I've dealt with a lot of them. They're no fun but it's all worth it in the end. And I figure I'll just do it big on the first try and be done with it.
Right now I have the car. Waiting on one of the importers to stock the engine so I can pick it up. Would anyone recommend a reputable engine shop in FL?
