They look just like the ones on my '80....well, mine are a bit cracked, so those ones look better than mine.

Thats what I thought! I guess they are in pretty good condition as they are. I guess if they only are used on a couple of years they could get people believing that they are modifications. I think I do like them were they are altho they might look cool running vertically on the ends of the bed. J.T.

My brother considered relocating his vertically but did not as he did not have a good straightner (body worker). His is not in as good shape as yours.

I like those 80-82 style lights better than mine. I thought they all came with reverse lights under the gate and amber/red on either side of the gate.

I just bought an 82 Datsun 720. I am looking at restoring it and giving it a lift and larger rims and tires. I was hoping you could give me the make model and size of your rims and tires.

They are the same rims that were on it when I bought it. I think they are key stone brand rims in 15". The tires on it now are 265-75-15 but I think that I can cross over to 31x10.50-15 without any rubbing. When I take the tires off the rim I will look to see if I can find the rim information you want. BTW the chrome on the rims was peeling off so I wire brushed them and sprayed them subdued black! Very easy to touch up with the "Rattle Can" as needed. Hope this helps!
