hey how are u guys/ladies?? im a honda fan, but just tired of all same lookiing civic and integras now, lol but im looking into s13's havent purchase one yet but looking around and do more research before i buy something that ill regrete later on. just need some idea wat i should get and not get

i want go into track drifting, i know its gonna take alot experience and alot money but im up for the challange. thanks again!

welcome Please for the love of god at least have a brain in your head.Years ago, before I had a car I would help my friends with theirs. I've gotten more headaches working on his '97 EK9 than all the time I've owned my 240. you'll love the RWD, even with stock power idk but the sh*t just makes sense when working on 240's

yeah well -- jump on the bandwagon. S13s are going for at least 3-4 grand and I just saw a crappy s14 go for 6 grand with an auto and beat up looking like something died in the trunk. These are not hondas a lot harder to come by.

I believe things come in cycles though and they will drop again after the F and F retooled crap is over.

Just get an s2000, that way you can still be a honda enthusiast and learn how to drift. Too bad they're convertibles...240sx's are fun but as stated before ^^ every kid and they're mom wants one to drift and they didn't make enough to begin with, so you'll be paying 'drift tax' on whatever one you find, drift tax is the amount of money they added to the actual cars value(240s have LOW value now) to get the number they're selling it to you for, so you're paying more because drifting is the trendy thing to do right now, so they know someone who's drift-happy will eventually scoop it up. Just something to lookout for, and its getting increasingly more difficult to find an unmolested 240 these days. Welcome to nico good luck with the search.

Who cares about what other peoples cars look like? I have a wing on my car and I love it. Some people hate it, some people like it. I consider a wing on a RWD CAR not to be rice since it does serve a purpose other then robbing gas mileage. To the OP, Hey glad ur looking into S13;s but for the love of god. Make sure your driving skill is above normal or your prolly going to end up dead... or worse sending another S13 to the grave.

ya i was looking for a s15 with 97 front, but i want older cheaper model to practice in, i havent gone to autocross or any drift event but i do straight pulls such, i dont think im a bad driver, i learn quick and dont go too much over limit, and of course

ill be going track and practice or at least a big parking lot with no object, i rather kill my self alone then kill inocent people, s*** happends.

my budge would be around 2500 for a car, i dont really care how it looks, just runs and drives good. ill be looking tho, thanks for the input
