hello new member here!! can this coil work??

I was recently running around a junkyard looking for various parts for my 2005 Altima 2.5 S. Well I found some ignition coils, tested them with a multimeter and they looked fine. When I got home I checked online and it seems I pulled them out of some sort of Sentra 2005(?) but it is a 1.8 something.

If I put these ignition coils in my car, is it going to short out, blow up...or ?? Not sure if this would be a big mistake or if it really matters

My biggest concern would be if they even bolt up, and the connector actually connects.
If all that works, you should be ok.
Do you have a picture of the current ones vs the ones you picked up?
