So I been testing everything but everything seems to be fine. When I bought the car the transmisión shifted rough and the vdc and slip light stay on I changed the tcm thinking it was the problem but no.

Your 4WAS system is in failsafe, there's an issue with the Front Control Unit (located next to the steering column). Check fuse #3 in the cabin fusebox. If that's good, you may have a bad Front 4WAS C/U.
