Hello, Help please

Hello...ive been looking around the forums for something and cant seem to find exactly what im looking for so maybe i can get some help, i recently bought a 93' 240sx S13 Im going to be building it up quite a bit for personal fun, not to much for racing but still able to do civi style stuff nothing pro, what ive been looking into is dropping the VG30DETT into is making it a 3.0 with a wild kick, but i also currently live in snow country so im curious if anyone knows if there is any way to swap the S13 to AWD or would that be a Full Fab job, im a Certified Diesel Mechanic so i know my way around a car, i went to school for auto diesel and industrial, im not a pro but im still competent...if anyone would post on some suggestions for what i can do...

Heres what im looking forPower and Fuel Economy, im not talking great, just not crapDaily Driver/Joy Ride/Road TripsIm considering the paint job i want and im not sure but im really liking this idea Flat Black with a Hint of dark Purple, Still flat, maybe eggshell style shine, with a Gloss Black Stripe set up the Passenger side of the Vehicle l l l l Kinda like that crappy example, Im looking for the AWD for the snow, i wont be in snow counrty for long, but it would still be amazing if i could do it, i know its rare and most likely not possible...but if i have to fab one i will...minor interior, im mostly looking for idead for the Guts, VG30DETT with a 6spd if possible, is it a good idea or are there other suggestions for what im looking for thanks for your time
