I`m a truly newbie in here

I copy this thread from a topic I wrote earlier this evening (the clock is 22.30 in Sweden now) and I appreciate all help I get!!

""I`m wonder if anyone of you know some store links with performance parts within New York area??

Me and my brother are coming over to buy snowmobile`s and I will also buy some performance parts for my car (the parts are much cheaper in USA than here in Sweden) ""

Pardon for my english!!

Regards Tommy

i take it you mean new york city

in that case heavy throttle motorsports is not a long drive north of the city if you want to make the trip, then from there youd have to go north into connecticut to get to 240sx motoring

both awesome shops though if you feel like taking a ride

I love Sweden. I intend to move there, become the fifth member of Ace of Base, and marry Marie Serneholt. You guys produce hot women. I think the world owes you a beer for your contributions.

Tommy - Most of the performance shops in the US sell a wide range of parts, rather than just specializing in one area.

I think Heavy Throttle would be a great place to start. Talk to Jeff, tell him we sent you.

How about some more pictures of your car as well, please?

p.s. A dumb question for you, what is your native language? Is "Swedish" a language"? Sorry, I am not well-versed in these things...

Hey! Has been in my cottage since wednesday and dont have internet there

AZhitman- Ok, I understand.I`ve already sent an email to Heavythrottle and they didn`t have that turbo I wanted (GT3071r) If you know another store who has this turbo please let me know!! Hehe, we talk Swedish in Sweden and it`s a language and not sort of a "scandinavia dialect" I have picture`s on my car and my first s14 at this link http://200sx.kicks-a**.net/boda/ but the *** should be a.s.s. except the dots

Mr1der- What kind of talk is that! mmh maybe I should dislike you guys

PantherRacer- HAHA I can learn NICO to do our famous Swedish meatballs and if thats not enough, I can learn him how to make smörgåsbord (smorgasbord) to get information!!

JESTER- Thanks! the French are pretty strange indeed...

NISTECH- Why dutch???

repo man- Hello Andy! why are you called "repo"?

EZcheese15- Correct!! First one here to know

Very nice cars! Those glass headlights on the S14 look so much better than our crappy plastic ones! How difficult is it to find a pair of headlights at a junkyard over there? I'd love to have a set, but people rip you off SO BAD for them over here.

NISTECH- haha well it could be true, I dont know But you are not the first one who thinks that many countries in Europe speaks german

gabossie- Thanks! It should not be that difficult cause I know some cars has been crashed.Has lookin after a pair of headlights but could not find any in our "junkyard site".But I will keep an eye after headlights and try to remember you

Emphasis on everything he said, especially "other things"

Welcome to our forum, your in for quite atrip since you posted in the "others" forum first!!!! I personally like swedish cars, where everything is turbocharged with manuals and AWD..

our sponsors should be able to hook you up with whatever you want... Even if you had to call ahead and have something shipped to NY, that woudlnt bea bad deal......

I say you post up pictures of your car and of hot swedish ladies!!!

rofl...

it makes me wish english was my second langauge sometimes...

perhaps they really apply themselves to learn it?

I mean, we grow up speaking it so naturally we didn't pay as much attention in english classes...

well, I sucked in spanish too...but that's a different story...
