. You'll never talk to an EE because they're the behind the scenes guys designing the equipment. No use for you to talk to them unless you were to need some custom piece of hardware, but that pretty much never happens. If you need something it's probably out there...Also, are you a freelancer or to you work for an "Outsourcing" company that those larger companies turn to?
And I thought GD did their own stuff... Guess they only handle the equipment once it's in place.
