Would anyone know what would cause a Mafs to fail all of a sudden?Only change before hand was I took one of the springs out of my greddy type s knock off bov because it was surging bad. Ecu is throwing code 12 which is air flow meter. Any advise? Btw it is a red top sr.

old age.. it has to be aleast 15 years old. you can try a single cam maf and it should work

Thats what Im using right now and it has ran great. I suppose its about time for me to break down and get a sr mafs.
