Hey guys my name is Bobby and I'm new to the whole forum thing! I just made accounts for the 240sxforums, nicoclub, and zilvia with the same username. I'm 20 years old and from Upstate New York. I grew up around my dad and his buddies who used to build street (drag) cars, and I was surrounded by that for a part of my life. I got my first job and decided to build one of my own. It turned into a nightmare and it sits on the side of the garage now.. I just recently came across an 89' 240SX pignose with a SR20DET swap, I was actually looking for either an AE86, swapped FC3S, or 240 as a daily street drift car. My dad is a mechanic and he's pretty skilled with body work. This car will be a learning process for the both of us, but even more so for me haha. I'd like to learn more and not be so dependent on having the help of my dad. I'm a broke college kid, so I guess this would be considered a budget build, but I do have a few ideas on the end result. Oh and also, I don't know how to drive standard, so learning and seeing how far I've come with the build and driving skill will definitely be a party! The car needs some work and I'd be more than happy to share the journey with you guys. Knowledge is power, and that is why I am here!!!
