Hello guys!! I've been looking throught the site and I have to say LOTS OF INFORMATION!! Loving it so far.

I'm in the market for a G35 6MT w/ premium package and I'm trying to get a decent deal. I've never really had to negotiate price before because I've always leased up until this point and I'd like to actually own a car for once.

I've done a bit of research online for prices and they've all pretty much came to the same price; roughly 36.This would be for the G35 6MT w/ premium package. Can you guys give me some insight as to how much one SHOULD really pay for the car? I really appreciate any advice. Thanks!!!

If your interested in a coupe, 36k isn't that bad. You could probally get them to go a little lower, depending on the local dealers. We don't have much to say, as the new coupe isn't coming out until '08. If you're getting a sedan, then I'm sure you can get a better deal! Good luck, and welcome to NICO!

Dealer invoice on a 6MT coupe is $31084. The Premium package is $2456 on a 6MT coupe. This would bring you in just over $34000 with the $650 destination charge. Additional options would of course add to this. I suggest stopping by a local Barnes and Noble or any bookstore flip through or buy a copy of Consumer Guide. For $10.00 you get all the pricing info you will need. With the slowed sales of the G35 and since a new sedan model is on it's way for the 2007 model year, there's no reason you won't be able to find a deal very close to invoice. While the Coupes aren't being replaced until 2008, I have a feeling the new Sedans will cut into the coupe sales a bit as the new features may bring more value to most buyers.

Look online! I found mine mismarked by $500 by an Infiniti dealer's online special. I tried to haggle the dealer down, and they wouldn't budge. After thinking about it for a few days, I decided to swallow my pride, and get the car. Paid 32k for an '05 with 5k miles, about 5 months ago.

YOu might also try sending inquiries to local dealers online. Typically, you end up speaking with the fleet staff. They tend to give better pricing right off, without any haggle and you can try to bid them against each other.

Try other dealers too. If that dealer can get 38K for it that is what he is going to sell them for. But if you look at someother dealers who may not have such success you will find a price more in your range. Remember its demand that sets the price

To give some insight, I purchased mine new last week here in Northern Virginia. I wanted an Ivory Pearl with Navi, 19'Sports Package, Premium plus auto. In the end, I paid $350.00 over Factory Invoice.

Considering there were only 4 white G35 coupes fully loaded on the east coast, I consider that a pretty good deal.
